SEBRING, Fla. - Amos Floyd Frye, 76, formerly of New Madrid, Mo., died March 25, 2002, at The Palms of Sebring.
Born in Mount Vernon, Ark., he lived in New Madrid before moving to Sebring in 1988. He retired from Noranda Aluminum in Marston, Mo., after 18 years of service in maintenance.
His wife, Kathryn Marie Frye, survives of Sebring.
Other survivors include: one son, Randy Frye of Risco, Mo.; one daughter, Pam Cagle of Puerto Rico; four sisters, Helen Rodrick of Frostproof, Fla., Freda Turner of Pawpaw, Ill., June Hall of Rochelle, Ill., and Nettie Vanada of Millington, Tenn.; and six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 9 a.m. Thursday until time for a memorial service at 10 a.m. at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Sebring. The Rev. Jose Ruiz will officiate.
