First phase complete

Mary Alsup, a biology and chemistry teacher at the Sikeston Senior High School, shows Carmen, Sara, Parker and Wendall Sanders the chemistry lab at the Math & Science Center at its open house on Friday. The 33,334 square-foot center has 17 classrooms, plus lab rooms. The total cost of the building was $4.53 million, which is the first of a five-phase project for renovating the campus.
