MADISON, Ala. - Dale Allen King, 36, died Sept. 18, 2003, at his home.
Born Jan. 10, 1967, in International Falls, Minn., he was the son of Marie Wood of Athens, Ala., and Don King of Sikeston, Mo. He graduated from Sikeston High School and owned and operated the Athens Tractor Salvage Company.
Survivors in addition to his parents include: his stepmother, Brenda King of Sikeston; one brother, Donovan King of Sikeston; one sister, Dannel King Fardis of San Francisco, Calif.; one stepsister and brother-in-law, Melissa and Olin Boes of Sikeston; his paternal grandparents, Phil and Lillian Dugger of Sikeston; his maternal grandmother, Vera Wood of Athens; two nephews Dawson King and Matthew Boes of Sikeston; two nieces, Lauren Boes and Elissa Boes of Sikeston; and two cousins, Loren White of Huntsville and Lenel White of Athens.
Services were conducted Sunday at the Limestone Chapel Funeral Home in Athens.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston. The Rev. Larry Davis, pastor of Trinity Gospel Church of Sikeston, will officiate.
