SIKESTON - In celebration of National Girl Scout Week, the Six-Star Neighborhood of Girl Scouts are planning a father-daughter breakfast to be held in honor of that event. Breakfast will be served continuously from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. March 19 at the Sikeston High School cafetorium. Beth Tidwell, chairman of the event, explained the plans to Girl Scouts and their fathers.

SIKESTON - Sikeston teens will run the city Friday - well, sort of - as more than 25 students will assume the roles of city officials and private citizens as part of Student Government Day.
