Shumaker will be guest of honor for birthday

SIKESTON -- Iris Lee Shumaker of Bell City will be guest of honor for a birthday celebration Thursday at Susie's Bake Shoppe in Sikeston.

A dutch-treat luncheon is set for noon and the tea is from 2 to 4 p.m.

Shumaker was a nurse for Dr. A.D. Martin before retiring. Friends are invited to attend the event.

Call 471-1728 for a reservation at the luncheon or tea. Reservations are required for seating purposes.
