CHARLESTON -- Mr. and Mrs. Ernest E., "Pete" Story of Charleston have announced the engagement of their daughter, Mary Margaret, to William Harold "Will" Yarbrough II, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Yarbrough of Sikeston.

The future bride is the granddaughter of Daisy B. Sutherland of Charleston and the late Frank Russell Sutherland Jr. and the late George G. and Eleanor McClure Story. A graduate of John A. Gupton College of Funeral Service at Nashville, Tennessee, she is a licensed embalmer with McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.

Her fiance is the grandson of Rutha Lawrence Wylie of Sikeston and the late Elvis Lawrence and William Franklin and Ozella Yarbrough. He graduated with a degree in business administration from Freed-Hardman University at Henderson, Tenn., and is associated with his family business, Yarbrough Sales, in Miner.

Plans are being made for a May 17 wedding at the United Methodist Church in Charleston.
