SIKESTON - Nicole Dawn Stewart, 28, died May 17, 2005, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
Born Sept. 13, 1976, in Sikeston, daughter of Lonnie Stewart of Sikeston and the late Phyllis Dockins Stewart, she was employed by the City of Sikeston in the tax collection office.
Survivors include: one son, Phillip Eugene Stewart of the home; one brother, Lonnie "Trey" Stewart of Poplar Bluff; two sisters, Elissa Baker of Sikeston and Carrie Jackson of Bloomfield; one grandmother, Dorothy Stewart of Charleston; two nieces Katie Jackson and Caroline Jackson of Bloomfield; and one nephew, Wesley Jackson of Bloomfield.
In addition to her mother, she was also preceded in death by her grandfathers, Lonnie Stewart and Albert "Dick" Dockins, and her grandmother, Elizabeth Dockins.
Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. today at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston where services are scheduled at 2 p.m. Friday with the Rev. Bob Medlock, a retired Baptist minister, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
Pallbearers will be: Bobby Robinson, Dickie Dockins III, Jesse Hammock II, Jamie Williams, Collin Cecil, Robert Stewart, Andrew Stewart and Elven Baker.
