CHARLESTON - Lovie Greenlee, 103, died Aug. 5, 2004, at the Bertrand Retirement Home.
Born Aug. 10, 1900, in Greenwood, Miss., daughter of the late Daniel and Sarah Cushingberry, she lived in Missouri for more than 80 years. She was a member of St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church of Charleston, where she served on the Mother's Board.
Her husband, the Rev. Willie J. Greenlee, preceded her in death on June 9, 1984.
Survivors include: one son, Eddie Lee Cushingberry of Canton, Ohio; three nieces, Rosie Simon and Roberta Bowman of St. Louis and Marvella Wilkins of Detroit; and several great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation is from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at Williams Funeral Home in Charleston.
Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. James E. Ratliff officiating.
Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston.
