Three arrested on drug charges

SIKESTON -- Officers with the Sikeston Department of Public Safety announced the arrest of two men and one woman on drug charges after a search warrant was issued.

DPS Director Drew Juden reported that the DPS tactical team, assisted by the Scott County Sheriff's Department, searched an unidentified residence and found a quantity of crack cocaine on each of the three individuals arrested.

Those charged by Scott County Assistant Prosecutor Paul Boyd were:

Antoine Moore, 25, of 908 Ruth Street, charged with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine. His bond was set at $50,000.

Patrick Jones, 21, of 105 Westgate, charged with trafficking drugs in the second degree, endagering the welfare of a child and animal abuse. His bond was set at $150,000.

Angela Eckles, 33, of 100 Westgate, charged with trafficking drugs in the second degree, endagering the welfare of a child and animal abuse. Her bond was set at $100,000.

All are currently in custody at Sikeston DPS headquarters pending transfer to the Scott County Sheriff's Department.
