DEXTER - Mae Lynch, 92, died Jan. 17, 2005, at Cypress Point Skilled Nursing in Dexter.
Born Nov. 21, 1912, at Puxico to the late Rollo and Nora Smith, she was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Dexter. A founding member of the Stoddard County Country Club, presently known as Hidden Trails Country Club, she was a member of the Ladies Golf Association.
In June 1933, she married Capt. Edmund H. Weber, who preceded her in death on July 9, 1942. On Jan. 8, 1947, she married Elmo James "Mike" Lynch, who preceded her in death on Sept. 22, 1983.
Survivors include: two daughters, Edwina Mae Prinster of Auxvasse and Pam Turlington of Dexter; one sister, Dora Kearney of Brownsville, Texas; and seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by one son, James Michael "Mike" Lynch, one brother and three sisters.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. Wednesday until time for services at 11 a.m. at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter. The Rev. Fred Leist will officiate.
Burial will be in the Dexter Cemetery.
