JACKSON - Tommy Cook, 42, formerly of Puxico, died Feb. 16, 2005, at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis.
Born Jan. 5, 1963, in Dexter, son of Lawrence Cook of Yuma, Ariz., and Joyce Lawson Cook of Puxico, he lived in Puxico until 1985 and moved to Jackson in 2002. He was a truck driver and attended the First Assembly of God Church in Cape Girardeau.
On Nov. 23, 1985, at Glennon, he married Melanie Pruitt who survives of the home.
Survivors in addition to his wife and parents include: one daughter, Jenniffer Lynne Cook of Jackson; and three brothers, Larry Cook of Jackson, Garry Cook of Puxico and Kenny Cook of Lincoln, Neb.
Visitation begins at 5 p.m. Saturday at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Puxico where services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday. The Rev. Kenneth Lambert of Bloomfield will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Fagan Cemetery near Puxico.
