DIEHLSTADT - Sarah Louise Adams, 35, died at 1:53 p.m. Feb. 17, 2002, of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Born July 4, 1966, in Charleston, daughter of Alfred Edward and Glenda Mae Carter Murphy of Diehlstadt, she lived in the Diehlstadt area most of her life and had been employed by the Good Humor-Breyers South Line plant for eight years. She was of the Baptist belief.
On Jan. 20, 1988, she married Wilson Adams who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one son, James Edward Adams of the home; one daughter, Jesse Lynn Adams of the home; two brothers, Alfred Edward Murphy Jr. and Richard Dale Murphy of Diehlstadt; and one sister, Tammy Lynn Burns of Diehlstadt.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Audie Lee Murphy.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. today at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston where services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Mark Odle, pastor of the Diehlstadt General Baptist Church, will officiate.
Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston.
