DEXTER -- Bob and Kay Jenkins have announced the engagement of their daughter, Sherry Lynn, to Patrick Andrew Partin, son of JoAnn Partin of Vanduser and the late Bill Partin.

A 1993 graduate of Calvary Baptist Academy in Campbell, the future bride works for the Sikeston Wal-Mart Supercenter and is an Avon representative.

The prospective bridegroom is a 1991 graduate of Scott County Central High School. He is employed by the Sikeston Wal-Mart Supercenter.

Plans are being finalized for a Feb. 12 wedding at the First General Baptist Church in Dexter.
