Pauline Cook

FLORENCE, Ky. - Pauline J. Thomas Cook, 91, died at 12: 55 p.m. May 20, 2005, at the Florence Park Care Center.

Born Jan. 6, 1914, at Cairo, Ill., daughter of the late John and Ruby McGee Williams, she was a seamstress for a department store.

She married Donald Cook who preceded her in death and Glen Thomas who also preceded her in death.

Survivors include: one daughter, Carole Schmidlin of Florence.

Burial will be in the IOOF Cemetery in Charleston, Mo.
