Trentice Burt

NAPTUNE, N.J. - Trentice "T-Bird" Burt, 69, died March 9, 2003, at the Jersey Shore Medical Center.

Born Sept. 16, 1933, in St. Louis, Mo., son of Florence Chadwell Walker of Wall and the late William E. Burt, he owned and operated a leather shop in Wall. He was a member of the Jersey Shore Points Motorcycle Club.

Survivors in addition to his mother include: two sons, Timothy Burt of Toms River and Michael Burt of Brick; two daughters, Shawn Dalton and Maureen Laffen of Toms River; and 12 grandchildren.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at the Bernie (Mo.) Cemetery.
