Farm tour

U.S. Representative Jo Ann Emerson visits with constituents during her 21st Annual Farm Tour Thursday afternoon at the John Byrd Farm east of Sikeston. Emerson's four-day tour of the Eighth Congressional District included visits with farmers, ranchers and agribusiness owners. This is the first tour after the completion of a new Farm Bill.
