Lara - McClarty

MARSTON - Lisa Robbins has announced the engagement of her daughter, Tricia Lynn Lara, to Joseph Alan McClarty, son of David and Donna McClarty of Lilbourn. The future bride is the stepdaughter of John Robbins of Marston.

A 1999 graduate of New Madrid County Central High School, Lara will graduate in 2003 from Maryville University in St. Louis.

McClarty, a 1996 graduate of New Madrid County Central High School, graduated in 2001 from Southeast Missouri State University at Cape Girardeau. He is employed in the family business, Dave's Bestway, in Lilbourn and New Madrid.

The couple will exchange wedding vows in a June 8 ceremony.
