FRANKFORT, Ky. - Wilma Billie Sander, 79, formerly of Scott City, Mo., died march 18, 2002, at the Beverly Health and Rehab in Frankfort.

Arrangements are incomplete at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.
