SIKESTON -- Here are Friday's results from Sikeston Area Youth Baseball:


Gerald Winfield and Freddie Gilliand were both 2-for-3. Josh Jackson and Tyler Brooks were both 2-for-5. Brooks and Jackson pitched in the win.

Noranda saw hits from Jordan Vanpool and Trey Glaus.

Bryce Wibbenmeyer pitched the first five innings for First National, recording seven strikeouts. Chris Carnell threw the final three frames with two Ks.

Cody Black and Jared Scott pitched for KSIM.

Kyle Rogers blasted a two-run homer, leading Market Place to victory. Jordan Phenecie was 3-for-3 and Joe Lincoln was 2-for-3. Ryan Dicus and Lincoln both pitched in the win.

For U.S. Bank, Josh Jackson and Joey Williams both had hits.

Cody Cooper got the complete game win, recording seven strikeouts in five innings of work. He also paced DeWitt's offense, batting 2-for-3. Other hits came from Chris Hampton, Austin Williams, Brandon Ayers, and Spencer Ayers.

For the Elks, Caleb McClellan was 2-for-3. Miller and Griffin also had hits.


Martin was 1-for-2 with an RBI in Burger King's win. Martin and Pierce both pitched for the King, allowing eight hits with nine strikeouts.

Droddy paced the Jaycees, batting 4-for-4 with two RBIs.

Rushing and Droddy both pitched in the loss.

Timmy Bell and Garrett Limbaugh combined to throw a no-hitter, recording 11 strikeouts. At the plate, Bell and Sauceda were both 2-for-3 with an RBI. For House of Color, Kirkpatrick was charged with the loss.


For Fabick, Issacs and Kauali were both 2-for-4. Isaacs picked up the win. For Steward, Carlyle was 3-for-3. Hurl and Rice both pitched in the loss.


Ross Bohannon and Nick Bird pitched the game for SD, allowing seven hits with 11 strikeouts. Colby Dunn went 1-for-3.

For Noffel, Brady C. and Laparces Lewis had in-the-park home runs. Ben Priday, Will Holifield, Hopkins and Hinton all threw in the loss.

For Sikeston Auto, Nathan R. and C. Limbaugh were both 2-for-3. Nathan R. picked up the win, allowing nine hits with seven strikeouts.

For Nunnelee, Ben F. was 1-for-3. Josh B. and Ben F. both pitched in the loss.
