BLOOMFIELD - Alice Grim, 83, died May 31, 2004, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
Born July 11, 1920, in Weatherford, Okla., daughter of the late Frank and Mahala Eash Brookshire, she lived in Bloomfield for 58 years, where she was a member of the First General Baptist Church. She was a seamstress for Elder Manufacturing in Bloomfield for more than 30 years.
On July 4, 1942, she married Ochel Grim who preceded her in death in August 1990.
Survivors include: two sons, Wesley L. Grim and Weldon Grim of Bloomfield; and three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday at the First General Baptist Church with the Rev. Kevin Eskew of Bloomfield officiating.
Burial will follow in the Walker Cemetery near Bloomfield.
