The Charleston tennis team dropped to 0-7 on the season with an 8-1 loss to Poplar Bluff on Thursday.
Michael Rodriguez was the only winner for the Bluejays, defeating Ryan Clark 8-6.
"They're probably the second best team we played behind Cape Central," said Charleston head coach Mitch Baker. "I'm impressed with their team. They're real solid up and down the lineup. Their foreign exchange student (Jitse DeHaan) from Holland was really impressive."
