Leah McCollum

Born March 14, 1913, at Clines Island, daughter of the late Marion and Lizzie Robey Curd, she was a member of the Beech Grove General Baptist Church.

On Sept. 13, 1930, she married Winzel "Jack" McCollum who preceded her in death on Oct. 3, 1976.

Survivors include: two daughters, Dorothy DeJournett of Essex and Joyce Matney of Fruitland; three grandchildren, Sheri DeJournett, Michael McCollum and Brenda Shackles; five great-grandchildren, Mike McCollum, Jimmy McCollum, Cross McCollum, Heather Shackles and Jason Matney; and two great-great-grandchildren, Leah Cheyene McCollum and Colton McCollum.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield where services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday. Cotus James will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Walker Cemetery at Bloomfield.
