Mrs. Florek is the daughter of Lynn and Warren Gage of Benton. Maternal great-grandparents are Emmett and Mary Claycomb of Charleston.

The son of Bill and Dorothy Thompson of Oran, Florek is employed by Wheeler Truck Equipment.

SIKESTON - Shelley Rae and Justin Paul Martini are the parents of their second child, first daughter, born at 7:17 a.m. on March 25, 2005, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. Alyssa Marie Martini weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and was 19 inches long.

Mrs. Martini, the daughter of Ray and Sue McClelland of Mattoon, Ill., is employed by Missouri Delta Medical Center.

CHAFFEE - Jana M. and Matthew J. Peters are the parents of their second child, first daughter, born at 1:16 p.m. March 27, 2005 at Southeast Missouri Hospital. Hailey Jo Peters weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces and was 19.5 inches long at birth.

Mrs. Peters, the daughter of Marilyn Benton of Catoosa, Okla., and Tony Jamar of Chelsea, Okla., is a college student.

The son of Glenda Goodman of Chaffee and Joe Peters of DeSoto, Peters is employed by Dana Corp.

BENTON - Teresa Ann and Derrel Shane Ray are the parents of their second child, first daughter, born at 7:19 a.m. March 28, 2005, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. Carlee Rose Ray weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces and was 19.25 inches long.

Mrs. Ray, the daughter of Charles and Rose Ann Scherer of Benton, is employed by Cargill of Charleston.

Ray, the son of Mona Scheeter of Sikeston and Derrel Ray of Benton, is a forklift driver for Pavestone.

MARBLE HILL - Melanie Leanne Childers and Tony Duane Lincoln are the parents of their third son born at 8:48 a.m. March 29, 2005, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. Morgan Duane Lincoln weighed 8 pounds and was 20.5 inches long.

The daughter of Rick and Laura Childers of Sikeston, Childers is a retinal technician for Eye Care Specialist of Cape Girardeau.

Lincoln, son of Garry and Ann Lincoln of Marble Hill, is a welder for A.R.I. of Jackson.
