ST. PETERS - Crandel Ryan Smith, 41, died June 13, 2004, in Orlando, Fla.

Born Jan. 30, 1963, in St. Louis, Mo., son of Mildred "Sarah" Smith of Fenton and the late Kenneth Smith, he was a pest control exterminator.

His wife, Sandra Lynn "Sandy" Schmidt Smith, preceded him in death on May 19, 1999.

Survivors in addition to his mother include: one son, Ryan Hunter Smith of the home; two brothers, Melvin Gene Smith of Fenton and Craig Smith of Biloxi, Miss.; and his father and mother-in-law, Donald and Jean Schmidt of Sikeston.

Visitation is from 9:30 a.m. Saturday until service time at 11:30 a.m. at Baue Funeral Home in St. Charles.

Burial will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
