Blair Moran, a member of the Sikeston Veteran's Park Committee, speaks during the dedication of the Korean War-era Bell Aircraft HUL-1 Sioux helicopter at Veteran's Park Tuesday afternoon. The Sikeston VFW Post No. 3174 was honored during the event for donating the money for the helicopter's mounting.
