HAYTI -- The Pemiscot County Sheriff's Office is currently conducting a missing person investigation on a local 40 year old Pemiscot County man.
Andrew Brian Watkins, a white male of rural Hayti, was reported missing by friends and family and was officially classified as missing Saturday. Watkins was last seen by a friend on the evening of March 2 at a local bar in Caruthersville.
Watkins is 6-1, and weighs around 270 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes and may have a mustache or several day old beard growth. He walks with a limp and often wears a baseball cap. Watkins was last seen driving a 1996 GMC red extended cab Z71 pickup truck with Missouri license 870 PF1.
An investigation into the location and whereabouts of Watkins has led investigators from a local bar in Caruthersville to Bally's Casino in Tunica, Miss., on March 2. Watkins has not been seen by any friends or family since that day and it is unknown if Watkins ever came back to Missouri from Mississippi.
Pemiscot County investigators have contacted Tunica County, Miss., Sheriff's Office and are working together in an effort to locate Watkins.
