Walter Joseph

DEXTER - Walter Joseph, 86, died May 22, 2004, at the Beverly Health and Rehabilitation Center in Dexter.

Born April 2, 1918, in Stoddard County, son of the late Charles Edgar and Lula Allstun Joseph, he was of the Protestant belief. He was a retired farm laborer.

Survivors include: one brother, Russell Joseph of Dexter; and one sister, Lorene Soucie of Orion, Mich.

Three brothers, John Joseph, Brown Joseph, and William Joseph; and two sisters, Mabel Francis and Maudie Rowe, preceded him in death.

Services were conducted today in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter. The Rev. Phil Warren officiated.

Burial followed in the Essex Cemetery.
