Ian Householder's solid pitching performance keyed the Elks wire-to-wire win.
Ian Householder (3-3), Bradley Burks (2-3) and Kyle McElwain (2-3) paced the Elks offense, while Trent McMillon topped the Jaycees with two hits, both triples.
NATIONAL LEAGUE
Mikey Russell picked up the complete-game win, while Jamie Miliam and Jason Issacs ignited the offense with two hits each.
A five-run final inning pushed the American Legion over the top.
Ronnie Pyland (3-4), Kingston Arthur (2-3), Evan Underwood (2-4), Caleb Foust (2-4) and Dylan Martin (2-4) led the Legion attack.
For Sikeston Motor, Chris Limbaugh, Zach Partin and Taylor Causey stroked two hits each.
Colton Young pitched the shutout for Wild Eyes.

Winning pitcher Caleb Davidson also rapped three hits to lead Market Place's come-from-behind victory, while teammate Owens also added three hits with a RBI.

Seth Baker, in relief of Logan Kirkpatrick, pitched three scoreless innings to earn the win. Baker led the offense with a 4-for-4 night and Nick Lambert went 2-for-3.
