Glenna Vogel

PORTAGEVILLE - Glenna Fay Vogel, 99, died March 21, 2008, at St. Elizabeths Place in Jonesboro, Ark.

Born March 6, 1909, in Chaffee, she was the daughter of the late Agnes Baumer Kay and John Kay.

On Sept. 2, 1930, she married George Joseph Vogel, and he preceded her in death on June 19, 1987.

One brother, John Norman Kay, also preceded her in death.

Survivors include: three daughters, Lila Nelson of Haslett, Mich., Annette Late of Jonesboro and Martha McBride of Cape Girardeau; and six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at St. Eustachius Catholic Church. The Rev. Alan Saunders will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Portageville Cemetery.

DeLisle Funeral Home of Portageville is in charge of arrangements.
