Three Rivers Community College Executive Vice President Dr. Larry Kimbrow cuts the red ribbon officially marking the opening of the TRCC Center in Sikeston. Joining Kimbrow are Center Coordinator Michael Witt and Glenda Arnold, TRCC dean of extended learning, along with members of the public.
