Grace Davis

Born Oct. 25, 1936, a Painton, daughter of the late John and Irene Jones Davis, she was self-employed in the construction and trucking industries most of her life.

Survivors include: two daughters, Donna Carpenter of Advance and Phyllis Redman of Sanford, Fla.; two sisters, Weynona Kemp of Jackson and Dot Dannenmueller of Chaffee; and one brother, Floyd Davis of Advance.

Two half brothers, Earl Hess and Louis Hess; and one sister, June Crenshaw, preceded her in death.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance, where services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Tom Zych will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Williams Cemetery at Perkins.
