CAPE GIRARDEAU - Derric and Andrea Lane Johnson are the parents of their second daughter, born at 6:57 a.m. April 19, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. Allyson Grace Johnson weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces and was 18 1/2-inches long.
Mrs. Johnson is the former Andrea Howell, daughter of Ron Howell and Ann Howell of East Prairie. She is employed by Scott City Schools.
Johnson, son of Tim Johnson of Mandeville, La., and Nicka Johnson of East Prairie, is employed by Southeast Missouri Hospital.
SCOTT CITY - Scott Logan and Autumn Spring Hays are the parents of their second son, born at 7:25 a.m. April 19, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Blake Scott Hays weighed 7 pounds, 6 1/2 ounces and was 21-inches long.
The former Autumn Dean, Mrs. Hays is the daughter of David and Salina Dean of Chaffee and Charliey and Charlette Foulk.

PERU, Ind. - Glenn and Tara Rapert are the parents of their fourth child, third son, born April 20, 2004, at Dukes Memorial Hospital in Peru. Isaac Glenn Michael Rapert weighed 6 pounds, 5 ounces and was 19 1/2-inches long.
Mrs. Rapert is the daughter of Bill and Sheila Planck of Peru and Terry and Teresa Stone of Wabash, Ind.
Rapert is the son of Bruce and Carol Rapert of Sikeston, Mo.
