SIKESTON -- Billie Burch, 88, died Oct. 4, 2002, at her home.
Arrangements are incomplete at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel, where visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday and services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Monday.
