Paul Coleman

SIKESTON - Paul "Chukum" Coleman, 69, died Dec. 8, 2002, at his home.

Born April 16, 1933, in Mounds, Ill., son of the late Helen Coleman, he was a military police officer with the U.S. Army in Korea.

Survivors include: one sister, Juanita Roberts of Decatur, Ill.; one nephew, the Rev. L.L. Williams of Sikeston; five nieces, Wilma Smart of New Madrid and Barbara Patterson, Pauletta Hill, Linda Neal and Edna Williams of Decatur; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

Two sisters and two brothers preceded him in death.

Memorial services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Williams-Farr and Purnell Funeral Home in Sikeston with the Rev. L.L. Williams officiating.
