SIKESTON -- Sikeston's volleyball team was defeated by Jackson in straight sets Tuesday night, 3-15, 8-15. Middle hitter Berneatress Hunt was out sick.
"Jackson has a very good team," said Sikeston coach Steve Beydler. "They have three seniors that are extremely good volleyball players. We were trying to fill a hole, and Jackson is a tough team to play when you're trying to change what you're used to doing."
