MORLEY -- Ernie Robert Jones, 85, died at 10:17 p.m. March 15, 2005, at his residence.

Born May 19, 1919, in Dover, Ark., son of the late Charlie and Clemmie Boze Jones, he was a farmer and served as a corporal in the Army Air Corps during World War II. He was a former member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 702 and formerly worked on electrical line constructions. He was also a member of the Hooe Baptist Church.

On Dec. 7, 1940, in Benton, he married Odessa Beatrice Miller who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: three sons and daughters-in-law, David and Theresa Jones of Morley, Albert and Jo Ann Jones of West Plains and Brian and Teresa Jones of Surgoinsville, Tenn.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Peggy and Don Davis of Dexter and Linda and James Rhein of Mountain Home, Ark.; one brother, Frank Jones of Bell City; three sisters, Ollie Sindle of Dexter, Neva Harris of Washington, Ill., and Erma Imogene Harris of Gilbertsville, Ky.; and 18 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and one great-great-

granddaughter.

One son, Larry Robert Jones; and two brothers, Floyd and Charles Jones, preceded him in death.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel, where services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday with the Rev. Quintin Davis of the First Baptist Church in Sarcoxie officiating. The Rev. Delbert Bishop of Bement Baptist Church will assist.

Pallbearers will be: Melvin Davis, Quintin Davis, Robert Rhein, Mark Rhein, Travis Jones, Joshua Jones, Kevin Jones and Shane Huff.

Honorary pallbearers will be: Karen Kiger, Kelley Huls, Shelly Benning, Dana Riggins, Heather Jones, Kathy Rhein, Shannon Wallace, Rebecca McPeek, Tabitha Vetter and Samantha Stovall.
