BLOOMFIELD - Fay Wanda Johnson, 76, died March 6, 2005, at Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter.
Born Feb. 13, 1929, in Culp, Ark., daughter of the late William C. and Nellie Bench Martin, she attended the First Assembly of God Church in Bloomfield.
On Jan. 2, 1945, at Bloomfield, she married Ivan Ray Johnson who preceded her in death on Oct. 13, 1993.
One brother, Louis Martin and one sister, Edith Mayberry, also preceded her in death.
Survivors include: one son, Arlin Johnson of Dexter; one daughter, Wanda Nolan of Bloomfield; two brothers, W.C. Martin of Dexter and Galen Martin of Puxico; three sisters, Arlue Cantrell and Vivian Stroup of Bloomfield and Norma Welker of Advance; and two grandchildren and three great-
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter where services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday. The Revs. Dallas Reagan and Dale Holman will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Walker Cemetery at Bloomfield.
