Born Oct. 8, 1923, in New Madrid to the late Fred and Nina Ann Robinson Eiceman, she was a housewife and a homemaker. Active in the Foster Grandparents Program with the Sikeston Public Schools, she was a member of the Tanner Street Church of God.
On Oct. 21, 1939, at New Madrid, she married Bill Chessor, who preceded her in death on June 5, 1994. Also she was preceded in death by two infant sons, two brothers, Merlin Eiceman and Curtis Eiceman, and one granddaughter, Jill Henderson.
Survivors include: two sons, Billy Joe Chessor and Barry Chessor of Sikeston; four daughters, Bonnie Heckert of Bertrand, Barbara Porter of Anderson, Ind., Beverly Russell of Ardmore, Okla., and Belinda Greenlee of Hannibal; two brothers, Herman Eiceman of Portageville and Dale Eiceman of Arnold; one sister, Peggy Schacht of St. Louis; and 19 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. Monday at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel until time for services at 2 p.m. Monday. The Rev. Carl Addison, pastor of the Tanner Street Church of God, will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery.
