SCOTT CITY - Phyllis Lea Finney, 69, died at 7:40 p.m. Oct. 19, 2001, at her home.
Born Oct. 12, 1932, at Illmo, daughter of the late John Louis and Lilly Florence Blankenship Nation, she was a seamstress for the Ely Walker Factory and member of Father's Arm Fellowship Church.
On Aug. 28, 1955, at Illmo, she married Marion Lee Finney who preceded her in death on Oct. 19, 1974.
Survivors include: one son, Darryl Finney of Sikeston; three daughters, Pamela Spurlock of Scott City, Cynthia Kellogg of Oak Ridge and Cheryl Bratton of Chaffee; six brothers, Paul Nation of Scott City, Earl Nation of Whitewater, Gene Nation, Richard Nation and John Nation of Chaffee and Carlos Nation of Sikeston; two sisters, Lois Faegan of Sikeston and Judy Enderle of Chaffee; and 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
One brother and one sister also preceded her in death.
Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City with the Rev. Ken Strong and the Rev. David Thompson officiating.
Burial will follow in Lightner Memorial Cemetery at Scott City.
Pallbearers will be: James Moss, Brandon Moss, Kieth Bratton, Chad Kellogg, David Keller and Uriah Kiehl.
