Kaitlyn Ward

SIKESTON - Kaitlyn Jewel Ward, 6-week-old daughter of Jennifer Lee Corbin and Roy L. Ward II of Sikeston, died at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 6, 2004, at her home.

Born Aug. 20, 2004, in Sikeston, she is also survived by: one brother, Tyler Wayne Ward of the home; paternal grandparents, Roy L. and Ann Ward Sr. of Sikeston; maternal grandparents, Jerry and LaDonna Corbin of Sikeston; paternal great-grandparents, Edna and Don Kitchen of Sikeston; and maternal great-grandparents, Howard and Luthell Brewer of Sikeston.

Visitation is from 9:30 to 10 a.m. Friday at the Blanchard Funeral Chapel.

Graveside services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston. The Rev. Allen Basham will officiate.
