BENTON - Jan "Susie" Foster, 59, died at 4:32 p.m. Aug. 7, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
Born March 20, 1945, in Essex, daughter of the late Frank and Florence Oliver Cagle, she attended Abundant Life Church in Gordonville. She was a bus driver for the Scott County Central School District for five years.
On Aug. 16, 1963, in Morehouse, she married James E. Foster Sr. who preceded her in death on Aug. 3, 1999.
Survivors include: two sons, James "Eddie" Foster Jr. of Benton and Scott Foster of Portageville; one daughter, Tammy Foster of Benton; two brothers, Sonny Cagle of Sikeston and Jerry Cagle of Lake Ivanhoe, Texas; one half brother, Melvin Cagle of Matthews; three sisters, Imogene Sullivan of Morehouse, Ilyene Wise of Newburg, Ind., and Marie Pullum of Evansville, Ind.; and two grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by an infant brother and infant sister.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, where services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. Jerry Cagle of Lake Ivanhoe and the Rev. Dennis Lowe, pastor of Unity Baptist Church, will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Unity Cemetery at Benton.
Pallbearers will be: Lance Fisher, Bob Fisher, Billy Woodall, Sean Wise, Steve Mabbitt and Jason Byrd.
