Louis Little

O'FALLON - Louis Wesley Little, 85, formerly of Anniston, died at 8:36 p.m. Aug. 22, 2001, at St. Joseph West Hospital in Lake St. Louis.

Born Nov. 5, 1915, in New Madrid County, son of the late Claude and Lucy Woods Little, he lived in Mississippi County most of his life where he was a retired farmer. He was of the Baptist belief.

On Jan. 24, 1970, at Dogwood, he married Alta May Jenkins who preceded him in death on Oct. 11, 1990.

Survivors include: one son, Donald Little of St. Louis; three daughters, Joyce Brockman of O'Fallon, Betty Battles of Tampa, Fla., and Carolyn Etheridge of Overland; two brothers, Leo Little of East Prairie and Troy Little of Morehouse; three sisters, Beulah Fitzgerald of Ironton, Mary Hicks of Florissant and Velma Hankins of Morehouse; and 14 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie where services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday with Frank Breeden officiating.

Burial will follow in the Anniston Cemetery.
