DPS reports on arrest at local bar

SIKESTON - Ronald Pyatt, 35, of Sikeston was arrested early Saturday for burglary, a felony, after Sikeston Department of Public Safety officers responded to a report of a burglary in process at Red's Bar, according to the DPS.

DPS officers including a K-9 unit and a light unit arrived shortly after 4:08 a.m. and reported an air conditioning unit had been pulled out of a window to provide an entrance to the building.

Inside the building officers found a sink broken from the wall and reported finding Pyatt in the building's attic.
