ADVANCE - Linus E. Bock, 89, died Nov. 13, 2001, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
Born Aug. 26, 1912, in Cape County, son of the late Carl and Carrie Gluckhertz Bock, he was a retired farmer and member of the Full Gospel Tabernacle in Advance.
On May 5, 1932, he married Geraldine White who preceded him in death on Jan. 18, 1986.
On May 7, 1987, he married Violet Noble who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one daughter, Judy Nilsen of Sturdivant; one stepson, Ron Noble of Advance; one stepdaughter, Joyce Bell of Protem; one brother, Lyman Bock of Sacramento, Calif.; and three grandchildren, nine stepgrandchildren, two great-grandchildren, 18 stepgreat-grandchildren and three stepgreat-great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by one infant son, one daughter and two brothers.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Home, where services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday with J.D. Smith, officiating.
Burial will follow in Morgan Memorial Park.
