East Prairie resident receives minor injuries

EAST PRAIRIE - A one-vehicle accident resulted in minor injuries for an East Prairie teen.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported 19-year-old Robert Shaw was traveling on County Road 533 and Route 00 at 9:48 p.m. Wednesday when the southbound vehicle he was driving skidded through the intersection and struck an embankment stop sign.

He was taken to Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
