BLOOMFIELD - A Dexter man is in custody on drug charges.
Kelley Scott Ross, 31, was arrested by Stoddard County Sheriff's Deputies on a warrant charging him with distribution of methamphetamine. He remains in the Stoddard County Jail in lieu of a $50,000 cash bond.
