SIKESTON - Sandra Lynnette Ramsey Helms, 58, died at 7:45 p.m. Aug. 2, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
Born Oct. 12, 1945, in Sikeston, daughter of Jewell Hicks Ramsey of Clinton, Ky., and the late Dewey Ramsey, she was an assistant cashier for First Midwest Bank.
On March 6, 1992, in Sikeston, she married William "Bill" Helms III.
Survivors in addition to her husband and mother include: two daughters and one son-in-law, Suzi and Johnny Manes of Batesville, Ark., and Leslie Ann DeMonia of Harrah, Okla.; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Michael David Holden of St. Louis and Russell and Tami Helms of Jackson, Tenn.; one brother and sister-in-law, Billy Ray and Sherry Ramsey of Omaha, Neb.; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Linda LaBron of Oakland, Calif., Carolyn and Al Newsom of Sikeston and Barbara and Reuben Mullins of Clinton; five grandsons, Michael, Christopher and Blane Britton of Harrah and Dylan and Brayden Manes of Batesville; and two granddaughters, Addison and Jessica Helms of Jackson, Tenn.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Blanchard Funeral Chapel.
Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at Emmanuel Baptist Church with the Rev. Tom McCanless officiating.
Burial will follow in the Matthews Cemetery in Matthews.
Pallbearers will be her cousins: Tommy Hubbert, Joey Hubbert, Kenny Cantrell, Kevin Boardman, Thomas Boardman and Tyler Boardman.
