Mae Rohmiller

VINITA, Okla. - Mae Rohmiller, 83, died Nov. 16, 2001, at the Craig General Hospital.

Born Oct. 30, 1918, in Ottawa County, daughter of the late Ed and Mary Frazier Patrick, she was a member of Holy Ghost Catholic Church, the Ladies Altar Guild, NEA, OEA and the Oklahoma Retired Teachers Association. She taught schools in Centralia, White Oak and several other rural county schools and retired from Will Rogers Elementary School with the Vinita Public Schools. She was also an accomplished seamstress.

She was married to John S. Rohmiller who preceded her in death.

Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, John and Ann Rohmiller of Sikeston, Mo.; three daughters and sons-in-law, Martha and Gary P. Perry of Nixa and Jennifer and John Brown and Sheila and Charles West of Vinita; one sister, Mabel Armstrong of Wyandotte; and six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

One sister, Marie Williams, also preceded her in death.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday at Holy Ghost Catholic Church with the Rev. Alex Kennedy officiating.

Burial followed in the Fairview Cemetery.

Luginbuel Funeral Home of Vinita was in charge of arrangements.
