BLODGETT - James Leroy and Edie Jo Wagoner are the parents of their second daughter, born at 8:35 a.m. May 5, 2004, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. Cassidy Ann Wagoner weighed 7 pounds, 15 1/2 ounces and was 20-inches long.

Mrs. Wagoner is the former Edie Jolley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Jolley of Morley and Mr. and Mrs. John Martin of Sikeston. Wagoner, son of Mr. and Mrs. James C. Wagoner of Blodgett, is an outdoor supervisor for Gold Star Enterprises.


CHARLESTON - Charley and Cindy Tinsley are the parents of their second child, first son, born at 8 a.m. May 3, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Charles Ervin "Chase" Tinsley IV weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce and was 19-inches long.

Mrs. Tinsley is the former Cindy Robus, daughter of Helen and Bruce Robus of Heber Springs, Ark. She is employed by the Charleston R-1 School District.

Tinsley, son of Charles Tinsley of Charleston and Carlene Tinsley of Sikeston, is employed by Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance.


NEW MADRID - Samantha Ann Leach and Nicholas Clint Pipkin are the parents of their first child, a son, born at 6:10 p.m. May 4, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Nathan Bryce Pipkin weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and was 20 1/2-inches long.

Leach, daughter of Mona and Robert Cook of New Madrid, is employed by Reese's Restaurant.

Pipkin, son of Dean Pipkin of New Madrid and Ginger Bowen of Irondale, is employed by Branum Farms.
