SIKESTON - Anna Helen Laseter, 78, died at 11:10 p.m. Dec. 24, 2001, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
Born Sept. 23, 1923, in Charleston, daughter of the late Alton and Lydia Bobo Golightly, she was a member of the Miner Baptist Church.
On Oct. 7, 1942, in Sikeston, she married Frank Laseter who preceded her in death on Aug. 30, 1983.
Survivors include: one son, Jim Laseter of Blodgett; one daughter, Betty Duncan of Sikeston; one grandson and granddaughter-in-law, Michael and Debbie Duncan of Sikeston; four great-grandchildren, Candy Duncan, Nicole Duncan, Christie Duncan and Mikey Duncan of Sikeston; and one great-great-grandson, Damian Bramlett of Sikeston.
One brother, two sisters and one granddaughter also preceded her in death.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel, where services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Friday.
The Rev. Lee Fansler, pastor of Blodgett Baptist Church will officiate, assisted by the Rev. Larry Davis, pastor of Trinity Gospel Church.
Burial will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Dale Holt, Greg Evans, Richard Riley, Tom Duff, Frank Hart and Jackie James.
